Will you provide support to my clients ?
We will only support you, not your clients. Even if they try to contact us directly, we will ask them to contact you. |
Will you ever contact my clients with your offers / promotions ?
As a policy, we will never contact our client’s customers, may it be for any reason. Incase we find some problem with any domain hosted under your account. We will contact you and not the domain owner. |
Can I provide separate Control Panel login to my clients ?
Yes, you can create separate domain level, mail level and client level control panels using your master control panel. You can set separate limits & preferences for each control panel you create. Let your client’s manage their hosting chores independently. |
Can I brand my Control Panel ?
Yes you can brand your control panel, with a logo or small banner. It shall show up whenever your client’s login to their control panel. |
How soon are accounts setup and ready for use ?
In general new account setups are completed in general within three hours, however we guarantee 12 hour setup time.Incase of any payment problems during the signup process, your account setup might get delayed. In that case we manually do some verifications and then queue your order for setup, in some extreme cases it might take longer than our guaranteed setup time. |
Do I get a discount for signing up for longer periods ?
Yes, we do honor long period signups with great discounts. Please refer to your hosting plan for more details. |
Do you offer discounts to non profit/charity organizations ?
Fortunately you will find all our plans well discounted with little room for further discounts, still for special consideration, please email sales. |

Can I access and update my website through FTP 24 Hours a day ?
Yes. You can access FTP service anytime of the day, and can make any number changes.. |
Will you maintain backups of my data ?
Yes, all domains are backed up on a weekly basis. You may also schedule backup of your site through the control panel. We also recommend you to also keep a local backup of your domains. |
Are any e-commerce solutions available or included ?
Yes, we offer many popular Shopping carts, which can be installed automatically through the hosting control panel. |
Do you support music/video Streaming ?
Unfortunately, music/video streaming is not supported on our shared hosting accounts. |
What domains can be hosted on Grabweb Servers ?

How often are technical support representatives available ?
Technical support representatives are available 24/7 at the Support Desk to help you with any questions and/or problems. However, our online live chat is manned for 16 hours during the weekdays. Incase you need an immediate assistance, you can call us anytime. |

What is your policy on spamming ?
We practice Zero-Tolerance policy in case of spam. Anyone found sending unsolicited or unwanted emails (SPAM) from our servers will have his/her account suspended / deleted. |
What is your policy on adult hosting ?
We do not allow any Pornography, nudity, erotica, and sex-related merchandising, including sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. Anyone found violating this policy will have his/her account suspended, or removed from our servers. |

What payment options are available ?
Currently, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Delta and Visa Purchasing. We also accept paypal and direct wire transfers, for more information on this, please email sales. |
What name will appear on my credit card statement ?
Worldpay*Grabweb, is the name that will appear on your credit card statement for our charge. If you paid via PayPal, then PAYPAL-Grabweb will appear on your statement. |
What currency do you bill in ?
By default the billing currency is “US Dollar” (US$) but you will have a choice to make the payment in “Pound Sterling” ( £ ) or EURO ( € ) at the payment page. |
Can I upgrade / downgrade my account in future ?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime, just open a ticket at https://manage.grabweb.net and we will do the needful for you. |
How do I cancel my account ?
You may request cancellation of your account at any time by opening a ticket at
https://manage.grabweb.net. Your account will be cancelled and the recurring billing stopped.
A separate confirmation email by payment processor shall also be sent at your email address. |
How do I apply for my 30 day money back guarantee ?
If it has been 30 days or less since you’ve signed up and you’d like to cancel your account and receive your money back, just open a ticket at the support desk and we’ll gladly refund your hosting amount.Once you have applied for a refund, you will get an email confirming the same and the charge shall be reversed to your credit card. Please note: Account add-on, over usage or setup charges (if any) are excluded. |
